Job Objective: -Communicate with the local customers.Lead the local customer service team to solve the customer complaintsSolve any local customer complaints.Lead the teams to find out the root causes and supervise the actions implementation.Ensure the customer satisfaction.

Alexandria resident.BSC degree is a must.Excellent in English.Excellent in Microsoft Office Programs.Min 2 yrs of experience in the same field.
