Effectively communicating with Customers/Partners as well as internal stakeholders (Sales team, Supply Chain, etc)Handling quotations and managing Order handling process from booking to goods deliveryMonitoring payment collection process fulfilmentHelping customers with different inquiries, issues, and requests — always aiming for a great experienceManaging Post Sales activities (claims, returns, etc) with a solution-focused approachSpotting patterns in customer feedback or internal processes and sharing ideas for improvementWorking closely with your teammates and other departments to share the best practices and knowledge or to resolve issues quicklyPromoting and supporting use of e-commerce solutions

We’re looking for a Temporary Customer Service Representative who enjoys supporting customers, solving problems, and being part of a dynamic team.Your main role is to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate business support both externally to distributors and direct end-user customers with administrative, logistic and commercial issues as well as internally to the other departments and Sales Units.If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment — we’d love to meet you.
