We are building a new digital sourcing unit to modernize how we find, organize, and match qualified candidates for our Gulf clients.We're hiring a CV Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist to build and manage a fully digital candidate pipeline — replacing our current paper-based process with an organized, searchable system.

You'll be responsible for attracting, screening, and maintaining a high-quality pool of ready-to-place candidates.

Responsibilities:- Design and manage an online registration channel for candidates- Digitally archive and organize CVs received via email and WhatsApp- Screen and pre-qualify candidates against client requirements- Maintain and update the candidate database (CRM)- Coordinate with the Business Development Executive to match candidates to active client requests Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or HR (even junior-level) preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable learning and using digital tools (CRM systems, online form Good written Arabic and basic EnglishBased in or willing to work from Cairo
