Nasrcity — Full-time, On-siteWe are looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team at a leading Debt Collection Agency in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing operational and collection data, building performance dashboards, identifying trends, and supporting management with data-driven insights to improve collection efficiency and business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze collection and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.Monitor collection KPIs and portfolio performance.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.Support forecasting and strategic decision-making through data analysis.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve reporting processes.

Requirements2+ years of experience in data analysis.Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.Experience in financial services, collections, banking, or a related industry is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
