Data Analysis Accountant

Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from various sources.Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports related to sales, collections, revenues, and project performance.Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify trends and business opportunities.Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.Prepare variance analysis reports and highlight key financial insights.Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.Analyze customer payment behavior and collection performance.Develop KPIs and performance metrics for management reporting.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial and operational systems.Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Commercial, and Project Management teams.Generate periodic reports and presentations for senior management.Assist in feasibility studies and investment analysis for new projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Data Analysis, preferably within Real Estate Development.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools is highly preferred.Knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.Strong communication and presentation skills.
