Data Analyst

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (internal and external).

Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business strategy and operational decisions.

Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with product and business teams to provide actionable insights that optimize user experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.

Monitor KPIs and metrics related to customer behavior, product performance, and financial operations.

Support data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).

Assist in automating data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, making complex data actionable.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.

Experience working with financial datasets and understanding key financial metrics.

Proven experience in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence.

Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, or R for data analysis.

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Understanding data modeling, ETL processes, and database systems.

Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
