Data Analyst Engineer

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various engineering and operational sources to support business decision-making.Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT, to identify data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.Support the integration of data analytics into engineering workflows to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.Assist in the evaluation and adoption of new data analytics tools and technologies.Provide training and support to team members on data analytics best practices and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.2 to 6 years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or a similar role.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL.Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Strong understanding of database management systems and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.Experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus.
