- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in theSAP system.
- Perform daily data entry and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records and documents.
- Prepare and update reports as required.
- Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies.
- Support accounting and finance teams with data entry and documentation when required.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company procedures and maintain data confidentiality.
- Identify data or process issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
المتطلبات والشروط
- 1–2 years of relevant experiencein Data Entry, Administration, Customer Service, or a related role.
- Previous experience usingSAPis highly preferred.
- Good command ofMicrosoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree inbusiness administration, Commerce, or a related fieldis preferred.
