Data Entry Specialist

Enter and update data accurately in Odoo ERP.

Export products from Odoo ERP to Shopify.

Manage product information, pricing, images, and variants.

Monitor and maintain inventory synchronization between Odoo and Shopify.

Verify stock accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Review and correct data errors.

Generate reports and maintain organized records.

Support daily e-commerce and operational activities.

1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role.

Experience using Odoo ERP.

Experience with Shopify is preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
