Data Science Manger

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Data Science Manager to lead our data science function and drive enterprise-level impact through advanced analytics and AI.

Key Responsibilities:Define and lead the AI strategy and data science roadmapOversee and guide all data science initiatives across the organizationDrive data-driven decision-making at a business and executive levelCollaborate with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with company goals

Requirements:10+ years of experience in data science or related fieldsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Strong expertise in AI strategy, advanced analytics, and data governanceProven experience in executive stakeholder managementFluency in English (Arabic is a plus)Preferred:Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or equivalentExperience in insurance or financial servicesExperience working in agile environmentsStrong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
