Demand Planner

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.Manage demand planning for multiple regions and consolidate forecasts.

Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, forecast fidelity, fill rate, and service levels.

Establish safety stock levels based on statistical models and business requirements.Support S&OP (Sales &Operations Planning) processes and executive reporting.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within forecasting processes.

Support new product launches with accurate demand projections.

Identify demand-related risks and opportunities and propose mitigation actions.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field3-7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain rolesStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning toolsAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI , Power Query , ….Etc)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
