Demand Planner

Are you passionate about data, forecasting, and supply chain planning?

We're looking for a Demand Planner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimizing inventory and supporting business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly demand forecasts.Participate in the monthly S&OP planning process.Monitor and improve forecast accuracy.Coordinate with Supply Planning, Material Planning, and Customer Care teams.Collaborate with Sales and Finance to align demand plans with business requirements.Forecast local and premium product demand.Analyze demand trends and business data to support decision-making.Manage forecasting for international (Greece) orders.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or a related field).Around 2-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience working with ERP systems.Knowledge of Python is considered an advantage.Good command of both Arabic and English.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical mindset.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail.Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations.Strong decision-making and planning capabilities.
