Demand planning associate manager /Executive

Develop and manage demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insightsLead the monthly demand planning cycle (S&OP process)Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to gather inputs and validate assumptionsAnalyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for continuous improvementMonitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with demand plansIdentify risks and opportunities in demand and propose mitigation actionsDrive demand shaping initiatives (promotions, product launches, phase-ins/outs)Prepare and present demand planning reports to senior stakeholdersSupport new product launches with accurate demand projectionsEnsure data integrity in planning systems

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field5–8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain rolesStrong analytical and data interpretation skillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning toolsAdvanced Excel skills (Power BI , Power Query , ….Etc)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
