Dental Sales & Service Engineer (Imaging & CAD/CAM)

A Fast Growing Company in Digital Dentistry field is looking for a passionate candidates with the following Key Responsibilities: Sales & Application: Drive sales of digital dental solutions.

Conduct technical presentations and live demos for clinicians.Installation & Commissioning: Handle on-site installation, hardware assembly, and precise calibration of advanced dental devices.Software & Licensing Support: Configure specialized 3D diagnostic and dental design software, network configurations, and system upgrades.Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose electronic/mechanical faults, and execute board-level or component replacements.Customer Training: Provide high-quality application training to dentists, lab technicians, and operators to ensure seamless clinical workflows.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in biomedical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 0-2 years of experience in the dental medical devices field, specifically dealing with X-ray/CBCT systems and CAD/CAM digital workflows.Technical Expertise: Background in troubleshooting complex hardware, electronic circuits, and PC-based imaging software.Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Mobility: High willingness to travel locally to clinics, hospitals, and dental labs.
