Deputy General Manager - Lighting Industry

We are looking for a highly experienced Deputy General Manager with a strong background in the lighting industry to lead business operations and drive strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering business results.Lead overall business operations and execute strategic growth plans within the lighting sectorOwn and drive revenue targets and full P&L responsibilityIdentify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting marketEnsure strong alignment between commercial, technical, and operational teamsLead and develop department heads to achieve high performanceBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and suppliers in the lighting industryReport directly to the Board and support high-level strategic decisions

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA is a plus)10+ years of experience in the lighting industry 4+ years in senior leadership roles (Sales Manager / Business Unit Manager / equivalent)Strong exposure to the lighting market is highly preferredProven track record in managing large accounts and achieving aggressive targetsStrong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
