Deputy Head of Electrical Department

Supervise electrical maintenance activities within the factory.Provide daily supervision and guidance to electrical engineers and technicians.Assign tasks and shifts, and follow up on their execution.Monitor the operational efficiency of equipment, transformers, and low-voltage panels.Ensure the availability of spare parts in the warehouse.Implement and follow up on preventive and periodic maintenance plans.Handle emergency breakdowns, minimize production downtime, and ensure fast response from the maintenance team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Prepare technical maintenance reports and analyze the root causes of failures.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards during maintenance activities.Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient and continuous operation.Participate in development projects and improve equipment efficiency.Prepare periodic reports for the Head of Department regarding performance, issues, and improvement plans.Perform the Head of Electrical Department’s duties during absence and make necessary operational decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 10 years of practical experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in paper manufacturing plants.Experience in maintaining and operating electric motors, distribution panels, control systems, and transformers.Practical experience in industrial electrical maintenance and control systems (VFD, PLC, HMI, SCADA).Ability to diagnose electrical faults, analyze root causes, provide effective solutions, and reduce downtime.Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.Knowledge of preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans.Ability to work effectively within a team and handle job responsibilities.Commitment to occupational health and safety standards.Applicants must be residents of Qalyubia Governorate.Benefits:Competitive salaries with good incentives, bonuses, and various benefits.Social and medical insurance.Training and professional development opportunities with strong practical experience in the industrial and operational fields.Stable work environment with career growth opportunities based on performance.Please send your CV and write "Deputy Head of Electrical Department" in the email subject.
