• Plate & BeamUnion Steel, a leading company in heavy steel structures manufacturing, is seeking a highly competent and experienced Deputy Production Director for Development to lead the enhancement of manufacturing operations and drive a significant leap in efficiency and productivity.Role Objective:To develop production areas and significantly improve overall manufacturing efficiency through process optimization, cost reduction, and increased productivity while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of all production processes (Cutting, Forming, Welding, Assembly, and Finishing).Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maximize productivity.Monitor and analyze production KPIs (Plan vs Actual, efficiency, workload, and on-time delivery).Manage subcontractors and external production activities.Work with ERP systems and advanced production planning systems (MRP, APS, etc.).Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO) and Oil & Gas requirements.

Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in production management.Strong experience in Metal Structures manufacturing (Plate & Beam).Ability to read and work with technical drawings.Conversational English (for documentation and contractor communication).Hands-on experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.Deep understanding of the full production cycle and process optimization.Experience managing subcontractors and external parties.
