Design Engineer

Kandil Steel is looking for the following position:Design Engineer

Responsibilities:Designs of mechanical components for mechanical equipment’s.

Components include shafts, couplings, flanges, housings, gear boxes, clutches, etc.Re-designs spare parts for solve the problem.Ensures design files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance with departmental procedures.Uses research, analytical, conceptual design skills, particularly mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.Develops manufacturing drawings and Bill of Materials in accordance with applicable standards.Reads and interprets blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.Prepares the layout and mechanical drawings of (new lines, new machines,).Makes reverse engineering to the (Mechanical equipment’s, machines parts, mechanisms….).Makes adaptation operation of the (Mechanical equipment’s, mechanisms and spare parts) after the reverse engineering operation in order to the installation on another place.Follows up the manufacturing operation, testing, installation and commissioning.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical &Production Engineering.1:3 years of Experience.Good knowledge of 2D Cad and 3D Modeling, and Operating system.Good understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. #Working_Hours : 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.#Days_off : Friday & Saturday#Location : 10th Of Ramadan#Benefits : Social, Medical & Life Insurance, Transportation, Business line ...etc
