Design Manager Engineer.

Design Manager – Real Estate Development Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full design management cycle for real estate projects
• Prepare Project Briefs and manage the design vision with stakeholders
• Develop and issue RFPs (Request for Proposal) for consultants
• Evaluate, appoint, and manage design consultants
• Review and negotiate consultant agreements/contracts
• Coordinate and review all design stages and technical submissions
• Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
• Monitor design quality, project timelines, authority requirements, and deliverables
• Follow up on design development from concept to IFC and site support stages
• Collaborate closely with project management, technical office, and construction teams

Proven experience in real estate development companies is a Must .

Strong background in design management and consultant coordination.

Excellent knowledge of design processes, contracts, and technical reviews.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
