Design Manager ( ID Department )

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development through final execution, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of designers and engineers, fostering a collaborative culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous professional development.Manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring timely delivery within budget and in accordance with project objectives and quality standards.Prepare and review drawings, layouts, presentations, and design documentation to ensure accuracy and effective communication of design intent.Support and guide designers through mentorship, technical direction, and performance development initiatives.

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in interior design and project management.Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and the full design development process.Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD and Revit.Ability to lead and manage design projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality and timely delivery.Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality standards and project excellence.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
