Design Senior Engineer (ID Department)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team.The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, creative vision, and the ability to lead and guide a team effectively.Lead and oversee interior design projects, ensuring high standards of quality and execution.Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and clear communication of design intent.Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional growth, creativity, and excellence.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery and successful achievement of project milestones.

Minimum of 5–6 years of progressive experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and design leadership.Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, and Revit.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to mentor and guide junior team members.Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
