Development Manager

Job Brief:The Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects from concept through completion.

The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting the company's strategic and financial objectives.

The Development Manager works closely with internal departments, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and investors to ensure successful project delivery.

7–10 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or construction.Experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.Strong understanding of the full real estate development lifecycle.
