Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing)

Euro Motors Hub is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our online marketing campaigns.This is a performance-driven role, not just content posting.

We are looking for someone who understands how to generate leads, reduce cost per lead, and improve conversion rates.The role is fully on-site at our office in Maadi.

Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat)

Generate qualified leads with strong cost efficiency Track and analyze campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROAS)

Improve conversion rates through testing (creatives, copies, targeting)

Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality Retarget and nurture leads to increase closing rates Suggest creative ideas and marketing angles based on data Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns Work Conditions: On-site (Maadi office)

Working days: Monday to Friday Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Off Work is conducted fully from the office with direct team collaboration

5+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketingStrong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Experience with Google Ads is a plusUnderstanding of lead generation campaigns (not just engagement)Ability to read data and improve performance based on numbersExperience in testing creatives and ad copiesBasic understanding of sales funnel and customer journeyExperience in automotive or high-ticket services is a big plusGood communication and reporting skillsSelf-driven and results-oriented mindset
