Director of Hospital Administration

Develop and implement the overall strategy for the hospital sector aligned with the company’s vision and expansion plans.Oversee hospital planning, medical design validation, setup, and commissioning phases.Lead full operational management across all affiliated hospitals and standardize policies and procedures.Approve organizational structures and workforce planning strategies.Recruit and supervise executive leadership teams and hospital directors.Oversee operational and capital budgeting in coordination with the finance department.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.Lead risk management and business continuity planning initiatives.Monitor and evaluate KPIs to achieve operational and financial targets.Provide periodic performance reports to executive management.

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or MBA preferred.Minimum 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including at least 7–10 years in senior leadership roles managing hospitals or healthcare groups.Proven experience in hospital setup and commissioning projects.Strong knowledge of healthcare quality and accreditation standards.Demonstrated experience in financial oversight and performance management.Strong strategic leadership and multi-site management capabilities.
