Dispatcher

Coordinate the daily loading and dispatching of trucks at the assigned industrial zone.Ensure trucks are loaded according to the planned schedule and operational requirements.Communicate with drivers regarding loading status, pickup instructions, delivery destinations, and any operational updates.Coordinate with warehouse, loading teams, and operations to ensure timely truck loading and dispatch.Monitor truck arrival and departure times and report any delays or operational issues.Verify that all required shipping documents are completed and handed over to the driver before departure.Report loading progress and operational updates to the Operations Supervisor or Dispatch Team.Resolve day-to-day dispatch and loading issues by coordinating with the relevant departments.Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and operational standards during loading activities.Maintain accurate dispatch records, including loading times, truck status, and driver information.Support smooth communication between drivers, warehouse staff, and the Operations team to ensure efficient transportation operations.

Qualifications & ExperienceHigh school diploma, technical diploma, or equivalent qualification.1–3 years of experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar field.Previous experience in a trucking, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment is preferred.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and email).Experience using transportation or dispatch management systems is an advantage.BenefitsSocial InsuranceMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceBonus
