- We are looking for a motivated and organizedE-commerce Account Managerto manage and grow our e-commerce accounts, including
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the accounts, coordinating between different teams, maintaining a strong content strategy, improving customer experience, and contributing to overall sales growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned e-commerce accounts.
- Create, manage, and execute monthly and weeklyContent Plans.
- Coordinate and follow up on Posts, Stories, Reels, and promotional content.
- Monitor account performance, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and improve the customer experience across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, leads, and orders with the relevant teams.
- Monitor the complete order process from receiving the order until delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, Moderation, Delivery, and Content teams.
- Follow up on daily sales and prepare regular performance reports.
- Analyze account insights and identify opportunities to improve sales and engagement.
- Follow competitors, market trends, pricing, products, and promotional activities.
- Suggest new campaigns, offers, content ideas, and strategies to increase sales.
- Coordinate with influencers, UGC creators, and content creators when needed.
- Identify problems in the customer/order journey and work on solutions.
- Ensure that the brand image, tone of voice, and customer experience are consistent across all platforms.
- Take ownership of the account's overall performance and continuously look for ways to improve it.
المتطلبات والشروط
- 1–3 years of experiencein Account Management, E-commerce, Social Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience working withE-commerce brandsis highly preferred.
- Strong understanding ofInstagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Good understanding ofE-commerce customer journeys and order processes.
- Ability to create and manageContent Plans.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic understanding ofSocial Media Analytics and KPIs.
- Good understanding of sales and how social media activities can contribute to revenue.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with different teams.
- Good command ofEnglish.
- Good knowledge ofExcel / Google Sheetsis a plus.
- Good knowledge of Shopify and experience managing Shopify stores is preferred.
- Experience with order management, product management, inventory, and basic Shopify store operations is a plus.
- Experience working withinfluencers, UGC creators, and content creatorsis a plus.
- Passion forfashion, luxury, and e-commerceis a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
