Website & Platform ManagementManage daily operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.Upload and update product listings, including product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock availability.Ensure the website content is accurate, updated, and visually appealing.

Product & Inventory ManagementCoordinate with merchandising and inventory teams to update stock levels.Monitor product availability and ensure best-selling items remain in stock online.Manage SKU codes, product categories, and product attributes.

3.

Online Sales & PromotionsPlan and implement online promotions, discounts, and campaigns.Coordinate seasonal campaigns such as Ramadan, Summer, Black Friday, and Clearance sales.Track promotion performance and recommend improvements.

Order ManagementMonitor online orders and ensure proper coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.Handle order issues such as cancellations, returns, and refunds.

5.

Customer ExperienceEnsure smooth online shopping experience for customers.Monitor customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.Work with customer service team to resolve issues.

Digital Marketing SupportCoordinate with marketing team for social media and digital campaigns.Ensure product pages are optimized for search engines (SEO).Support online advertising campaigns.

Reporting & Performance AnalysisTrack website performance and online sales metrics.Prepare regular reports on traffic, conversion rate, and online revenue.Analyze customer behavior and sales trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.1–5 years experience in E-Commerce or Digital Retail.Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of online sales and digital marketing.
