E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager (Performance & Growth Focus) to take full ownership of our online store performance.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer journey across a large-scale product catalog.

Key Responsibilities:-Drive conversion rate and revenue growth across the website-Optimize the full sales funnel to improve performance and reduce drop-offs-Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify growth opportunities-Improve website UX/UI to enhance engagement and usability-Identify technical and operational issues and implement effective solutions-Manage and optimize a large product catalog (100,000+ SKUs) to improve performance-Develop and execute pricing and promotional strategies-Collaborate with marketing, tech, and product teams-Track and report key KPIs:Conversion RateAverage Order Value (AOV)

-Minimum 5+ years of experience in E-commerce (B2C)-Proven track record of improving conversion rates, Average orders value (AOV) and revenue performance-Experience in GCC markets-Strong background in fashion or retail E-commerce-Experience managing and optimizing large product catalogs-Deep understanding of CRO,AOV, UX/UI, and customer behavior-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills-Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
