Responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless order processing, optimized inventory accuracy, and high service levels across all online sales channels.

Responsibilities:Manage the full order lifecycle from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient picking, packing, dispatching, and adherence to operational standards.Monitor daily order flow and ensure all orders are processed within defined SLAs.Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure real-time stock synchronization across all platforms.Minimize operational errors through continuous monitoring, root cause analysis, and process improvements.Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order-related issues and enhance overall customer experience.Track and analyze key KPIs (order fulfillment rate, return rate, delivery time, accuracy rate) and take corrective actions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for management.Manage returns and exchanges process, ensuring proper handling, system updates, and root cause tracking.Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth.Implement and monitor quality control checks on all outgoing orders to ensure products meet brand standards and reduce defect-related returns.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, preferably within the retail industry.Skills:Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Experience in fashion/retail industry is a plus.Career Level: Experienced professional ready to take on new challenges and drive results.
