Electrical & Mechanical Site Supervisor

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee and manage MEP activities on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards within the construction and real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor all Electrical & Mechanical (MEP) works on-siteEnsure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelineCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflowInspect installations to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standardsReview shop drawings and report any discrepancies before executionMonitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure work is completed as per scheduleReport daily progress, challenges, and site updates to project managementEnsure proper material usage and report any shortages or delaysEnforce health & safety regulations on-siteAssist in testing, commissioning, and handover process

Proven experience in construction and real estate projectsGood knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical & Mechanical)Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentsStrong coordination and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesTechnical diploma or relevant engineering background is preferred
