Electrical Design Team Leader (LV Panel)

Oversee the preparation of LV panel designs, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and general arrangements.Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, and material specifications.Review and improve design processes, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and quality.Ensure designs comply with IEC standards, client specifications, and safety regulations.Provide guidance on design challenges and complex technical issues.Supervise and coordinate the activities of the LV panel design team, providing technical guidance and support.Allocate workload, monitor progress, and ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.Perform technical calculations, component selection, and design validation as needed.Serve as the main point of contact for technical clarifications and design-related discussions with clients and consultants.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum 6-8 years of experience in LV panel design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.Strong technical expertise in LV electrical systems and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN).Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and coordination skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
