Electrical Engineer

Design, develop, and oversee the installation of electrical systems for residential and commercial real estate projects.Prepare detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in alignment with project requirements.Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and project specifications.Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors and subcontractors on-site.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during construction and post-installation phases.Review and approve technical documents, shop drawings, and material submittals related to electrical systems.Ensure all electrical installations are completed within project timelines and budgets.Implement energy-efficient solutions and recommend improvements to existing electrical systems.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.5 to 7 years of proven experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and maintenance for large-scale projects.Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and safety regulations.Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design software.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and conduct regular site visits.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Professional certification or membership in engineering associations is a plus.
