Electrical Engineer

We Are Hiring: Electrical Engineer – MEPLocation: Cairo – HeliopolisJob Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer – MEP to join our engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of electrical systems across projects, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards.This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in both design and site execution phases.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and review electrical systems, including Power Distribution, Lighting, Low Current, and Earthing systems.Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, load calculations, and technical submittals.Coordinate electrical designs and site works with Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural disciplines.Ensure all electrical systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.Participate in site supervision, installation follow-up, testing, commissioning, and handing-over activities.Provide technical support and solutions during construction and execution phases.Review contractor and subcontractor submissions to ensure alignment with design intent and specifications.Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to avoid project delays.

Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.3–7 years of proven experience in MEP electrical works.Strong knowledge of Power Distribution, Lighting, Low Current, and Earthing systems.Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and international standards.Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
