Electrical Engineer - Power Generators

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and support the expansion of our Power Generation business.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, including pre-sales support, technical evaluations, system design, installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.

This position requires a hands-on engineer with solid experience in diesel generators, power systems, and electrical installations, who can effectively support both our sales and technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical Pre-Sales support.Analyse customer requirements and recommend suitable generator solutions.Review tender documents and ensure technical compliance.Assist in generator sizing, load calculations, and system design.Supervise generator installations and ensure compliance with applicable standards.Support commissioning, testing, and start-up activities.Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues.Support warranty claims, service activities, and after-sales technical inquiries.Prepare technical reports, installation procedures, and documentation.Stay updated on industry standards, products, and technological developments.Support the company's future generator assembly and packaging operations, including electrical integration, testing, quality control, documentation, and production process development.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in diesel generators and power generation systems.Strong understanding of generator control panels, synchronization systems, load sharing systems, ATS panels, and power distribution systems.Experience with generator installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.Ability to perform load calculations and generator sizing.Familiarity with electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.Good knowledge of international electrical standards and best practices.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
