Electrical Maintenance Section head - Sheet Metal

Maintenance Planning: Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical systems.Team Leadership: Supervising, train, evaluate technical staff, motivating, and scheduling maintenance engineers and technicians to ensure efficient workflow.Operational Efficiency: Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing machine performance to maximize production uptime.Asset Management: Maintaining inventory of spare parts, defining external supplier SLA, capabilities, and controlling maintenance budgets.Safety Compliance: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with occupational health and safety regulations, including conducting risk assessments.Technical Troubleshooting: Leading root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve recurring equipment failures.

Reporting: Track KPIs and provide reports on maintenance progress, cost, and machine condition.Performance Measures (KPIs)Equipment Availability/Uptime: Maximizing uptime of machinery, as described by company strategy.Preventive Maintenance Compliance: Percentage of planned maintenance completed on time.Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) & Mean Time To Repair (MTTR): Tracking speed and reliability of repairs.Safety Audit Results: Compliance with safety regulations.Budget Adherence: Managing maintenance costs and spare parts consumption.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in, Electrical.Experience: 8–15 years in industrial maintenance, with at least 5–8 years in a supervisory role.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and TPM systems, Deep knowledge of electrical, hydraulic pneumatic drawing and mechanical drawing.Software Skills: Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and AutoCAD.Preferred CertificationsCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Plant Maintenance Manager (CPMM) are often preferred.
