Electrical Project Engineer

• ProServe is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to manage and coordinate industrial and electrical projects from initiation through successful completion.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, procurement follow-up, client communication, and project delivery.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, procurement, sales, suppliers, subcontractors, and client teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to required technical and quality standards.

• Manage projects from initial handover and planning through execution, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are clearly understood and implemented.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, technical issues, and required corrective actions.
• Manage project budgets, costs, resources, and variations to maintain project profitability.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and follow up on materials, spare parts, equipment, suppliers, and delivery schedules.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and external service providers when required.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and provide clear updates regarding project progress, timelines, challenges, and deliverables.
• Coordinate site activities, installation, maintenance, retrofit, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all work complies with approved technical specifications, quality requirements, HSE standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct and participate in project progress meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, technical documentation, meeting minutes, variation records, and project close-out documents.
• Track project KPIs, costs, deadlines, pending actions, and deliverables.
• Manage changes in project scope and assess their impact on cost, resources, and timelines.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational issues during project execution.
• Ensure proper project handover and client acceptance upon completion.
• Conduct project closure reviews and document lessons learned for future projects.
