Electrical Technical Office Engineer

Electrical Technical Office Engineer responsible for all technical, design, and contractual aspects of electrical works from tender stage to project handover.Review tender documents, BOQ, single line diagrams, and electrical specifications.Prepare technical proposals, method statements, and material listsCoordinate with estimation team for pricing electrical itemsReview architectural, structural, and MEP coordination drawings Prepare and approve electrical shop drawings: lighting, power, ELV, fire alarm, BMS Issue RFIs and coordinate with consultant to resolve technical queriesIssue site instructions and technical clarifications to site engineers Review test reports, inspection requests, and commissioning documents Prepare As-Built drawings and project closeout documentsPrepare material submittals for cables, panels, lighting fixtures, etc.

Follow up on approvals from consultant and client Maintain approved vendor list and technical datasheets

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Excel AdvancedKnowledge: IEC Standards, NEC, Egyptian Code for Electrical InstallationsSystems: Must know: Lighting, Power, LV, ELV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, BMS, Generators, UPSStrong coordination skills with other disciplines MEP
