Engineering Manager

Value path is a new back office for very well experienced security and engineering consulting companies at the Gulf region and france. we are seeking a design & engineering manager with high communication skills, low current and security systems design experience to lead the design for state-of-the-art security solutions.

Overview: As our Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of innovation, hiring and leading a talented group of engineers in a hybrid work environment. the whole design office will act as a back office for our companies in Saudi, Bahrain, UAE and france.Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing complex design projects, ensuring full complaince with the ASIS, SAIS requirment.the engineering manager will act as the focal point between the design backoffice and our front offices in different countries. he / she will be responsible for stream line the work, projects deliverables on time and managing the whole engineering team time and tasks.

Responsibilities:Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization and design to execution and commissioning for construction and security systems.Ensure technical compliance with local and international building codes, standards, and security regulations.Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources efficiently to achieve outstanding results.Collaborate extensively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects exceeding expectations.Implement stringent Quality Assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in all deliverables.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Engineering principles, deep expertise in Security Systems, and proven abilities in Project Management .

Proficiency in Engineering Principles, Architectural Design Integration, and tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD are essential.

Your acumen in Risk Management, Budget Management, and adherence to Building Codes & Regulations will be critical.

Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in engineering management, low cuurrent and sucurity systems.fluent English speaking and writing skills.Demonstrated experience with a significant focus on the design, integration, and management of advanced Security Systems.Proven track record in Project Management and Construction Management methodologies.Educational Background:A Bachelor's degree in telecom Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field is required.Technical Prowess:Strong foundational knowledge of low current Engineering Principles and their application.Familiarity with Architectural Design Integration within large-scale projects.Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM).Expertise in interpreting and applying Building Codes & Regulations.Leadership & Soft Skills:Exceptional Team Leadership and mentorship capabilities, inspiring high performance.Superior Stakeholder Communication and client-facing skills.A proactive approach to Risk Management and problem-solving.Strong capabilities in Budget Management and Vendor Management.Dedication to Quality Assurance and continuous improvement.Career Level: This role is suited for a seasoned Manager with a demonstrated ability to lead, strategize, and deliver complex engineering projects successfully.
