Enterprise Applications & Analytics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Applications ManagementLead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.Manage the full lifecycle of system updates, rollouts, and module deployments across multiple business units and manufacturing facilities.Serve as the primary liaison between technical vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively met.Develop and maintain user training programs, user guides, and system documentation to maximize user adoption and system utilization.

Analytics & Business IntelligenceDesign, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other analytical tools.Transform operational and business data into meaningful reports and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision-making.Establish and maintain data governance standards and quality control procedures to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.Support business improvement initiatives by developing KPIs, performance metrics, and analytical reports.

Systems Integration & Digital TransformationLead the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other enterprise business applications.Provide technical oversight for the implementation of departmental software solutions, including HR ticketing systems and employee performance management platforms.Review existing software applications and business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.Ensure all enterprise applications comply with the company's Matrix of Authority, governance policies, and internal procedures.

QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a closely related analytical field.ExperienceMinimum of 15 years of experience in business systems management, ERP implementation, business analysis, or IT project management.Proven hands-on experience managing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system within a complex, multi-site organization.Previous experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred.KnowledgeStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and configuration.Solid understanding of ERP implementation and enterprise application management.Knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence reporting.Understanding of data governance, corporate reporting, and systems integration.Familiarity with corporate governance frameworks and Matrix of Authority.SkillsLeadership and team management.Business analysis and problem-solving.ERP implementation and project management.Data analysis and business intelligence.Stakeholder and vendor management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Documentation and training development.Strategic planning and continuous improvement.Cross-functional collaboration.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
