Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

Compliance & Standards: Prepare and maintain the company Environmental Record; oversee all ISO 14001:2015 procedures and internal/external audits.Impact Assessment: Implement environmental aspect surveys and prepare comprehensive impact records and corrective/preventive action plans.Waste & Resource Management: Manage the full waste lifecycle (Hazardous and non-hazardous), implement the 4R code (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover), and oversee wastewater and drinking water files.Monitoring & Calibration: Plan and execute internal and external measurements for all environmental aspects and ensure all measurement devices are properly calibrated.Emergency Response: Coordinate environmental emergency plan drills and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.Sustainability & Training: Conduct environmental training for employees, lead biodiversity initiatives, and develop power-saving and carbon footprint reduction plans.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology, or Environmental Science).Experience: 3 to 5 years of professional experience in an environmental role, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting.Technical Skills:

• Practical knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and local environmental regulations.Familiarity with RoHS materials and hazardous chemical management.Experience in conducting environmental aspect surveys and impact records.Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, leadership potential to manage technicians, and a proactive mindset toward workplace safety.
