ERP Functional Support Specialist / Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics)

Role overview: The MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and alignment with operational goals.

Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day functional support for D365 F&O users across finance, supply chain, and operations modules.Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements using D365 F&O capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.Support testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and batch validation.Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration logs, and training materials.Train end-users and provide guidance on best practices.Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.Assist in data migration, integration validation, and reporting needs.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.Fresh graduate or 1+ years of experience in a functional support or consulting role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX.good understanding of core F&O modules such as:General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed AssetsProcurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, ProductionExperience with system configuration, workflows, and personalization.Familiarity with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Azure DevOps, and Power Platform tools is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work in teamwork and collaborativelyCustomer-focused mindset with a proactive approachAdaptable to changing priorities and business needs
