ERP Specialist

Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution for end-users.Monitor system integrations and data flows between the ERP and other business applications.Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and user guides.Train staff on ERP functionalities, best practices, and new features to maximize system utilization.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.Generate and customize reports to support management decision-making and operational needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.Experience in ERP configuration, administration, and user support.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail Familiarity with ERP implementation Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
