ERP Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Consultant to lead the evaluation, selection, and end-to-end implementation of a new ERP solution for our manufacturing organization.

The successful candidate will guide us through a structured selection process between Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O , SAP S/4HANA, or similar in the Egyptian market.

Then drive a full implementation — from discovery and design through go-live and post-launch support.This is a senior, high-impact engagement.

You will work directly with executive leadership and department heads to ensure the chosen platform aligns with our business processes, budget, and long-term growth strategy.

Phase 1 — ERP Evaluation & SelectionConduct a thorough assessment of current business processes, pain points, and technology landscapeDefine functional and technical requirements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, and SalesEvaluate Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP S/4HANA or others against business requirementsPrepare a detailed comparison report including TCO, licensing models, scalability, and fit analysisFacilitate workshops and demonstrations with vendor teamsDeliver a clear, evidence-based recommendation with rationale for executive decision-makingPhase 2 — Implementation & DeploymentDevelop a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and resource allocation strategyLead system configuration, data migration planning, and integration architectureCoordinate with internal IT teams, third-party vendors, and the ERP providerManage change management and user adoption strategy across all departmentsOversee testing cycles (UAT, SIT) and resolve issues prior to go-liveEnsure go-live readiness and manage cutover activitiesPhase 3 — Post-Implementation SupportProvide hypercare support in the weeks following go-liveDocument configurations, processes, and training materialsIdentify and address post-launch gaps and optimization opportunitiesTrain key users and internal administrators

8+ years of hands-on ERP consulting experience in enterprise environmentsDemonstrated expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central) and/or SAP S/4HANAProven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations from requirements gathering to go-liveStrong understanding of core business functions: Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, and ReportingExperience conducting ERP selection processes and producing vendor comparison analysesExcellent communication skills — able to present complex technical information to non-technical executives
