ERP Technical Support

Job Summary:Provides technical and functional support throughout (chatting , over the phone or online meeting) in the areas of ERP systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training with Good Knowledge in SQL ServerTest, deploy, and maintain data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems

Job DescriptionAssists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databasesDevelops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasksWorks as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutionsDevelops and presents training materials for end usersInteract with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and servicesSolve clients’ problems throughout visiting them or over the phoneImproves system performance by identifying problems
