Estimation & Tendering Architecture Engineer

Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.Coordinate with the design team to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals.Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Conduct technical reviews of tender documents and identify potential risks and opportunities.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather the necessary information.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, design, finance) to ensure all aspects of the tender are covered.Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits as required.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tender activities.Prepare detailed tender reports and presentations for management review.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policiesPrepare interim invoices based on project milestones, contract terms, and client requirements.Ensure that all invoicing activities are documented in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.2–5 years of experience in construction companies.Proven experience in large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project Excellent command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Familiarity with Primavera or other planning tools is a plus.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.close attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
