Estimator

·        Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP works.

·        Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, BIM models, specifications, and BOQs.

·        Review contractor quotations, variations, and change requests and verify quantities and pricing.

·        Prepare independent estimates for new or modified scopes before commercial approval.

·        Support evaluation of design alternatives and value engineering proposals.

·        Maintain updated cost databases, benchmark rates, and historical project data.

·        Identify scope gaps, omissions, duplicated quantities, and potential cost exposure.

·        Support tender evaluations and commercial comparisons when required.

·        Coordinate with Design, Construction, Commercial, and Project Controls teams.

·        Provide clear cost breakdowns and supporting documentation for management decisions.
