Event Coordinator

Meet with clients to understand event goals, requirements, and budgetsPlan and coordinate all aspects of events (corporate events, weddings, conferences, etc.)Develop event concepts, themes, and timelinesSource and negotiate with vendors (venues, catering, entertainment, décor, etc.)Manage event budgets and ensure cost controlCoordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and equipmentOversee event setup, execution, and breakdownHandle on-site problem-solving and ensure smooth operationsManage event staff and coordinate with all stakeholdersEvaluate event success and prepare post-event reports

Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field1–3+ years of experience in event planning or coordinationSkillsStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to multitaskProblem-solving and decision-making skills under pressureCreativity in designing event concepts and themesTime management and ability to meet tight deadlines
