Events & Marketing Executive - Automotive

For a big exclusive agent and sole distributor for luxury car brands in Egypt, Partner & More are looking for Events & Marketing Executive to work in Heliopolis Office.

The Marketing Executive will plan and execute events within budget set, manage branding and brand positioning, as well as communication.

Responsibilities: Organizing and managing corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and activations.Handle end-to-end event logistics (venue, suppliers, permits, staffing).Identify brand positioning and translate it into events and experiences.Align events with overall marketing strategy.Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (production houses, agencies, AV suppliers, printers, etc.).Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.Support concept creation, event themes, and production designs.Collaborate in promotional campaigns (offline & digital) tied to events.Prepare proposals, presentations, and post-event reports.Manage event budgets effectively.Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality output.Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and live execution.Track event performance, attendance, engagement, and lead generation.Prepare reports to measure events ROI and recommend improvements.

2–3 years of experience in event marketing, activations, exhibitions, or corporate eventsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlinesExcellent English communication skills (spoken & written)Experience managing vendors, suppliers, and external agenciesAbility to plan and execute events end-to-end, including logistics and on-site management
