Executive Graphic Designer

We are looking for a senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of the channel and oversee major branding and on-air design projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the on-air graphics design teamEnsure consistency of the channel’s visual identity across all broadcast elementsDevelop branding systems, design frameworks, and creative guidelinesLead key projects such as rebranding, elections coverage, and special programsMentor and support senior and mid-level designersIntegrate AI-driven design tools into creative workflows to improve efficiency and output

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, or related field5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in broadcast or media industryProven experience in leading creative or design teamsStrong expertise in branding, visual identity systems, and broadcast graphicsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating high-level creative and conceptual workExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlinesExperience with AI-driven design tools and modern creative workflows is a plusStrong strategic thinking and attention to detail
