Job SummaryThe Export Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the efficient execution of export operations from purchase order to final delivery.

Acting as the primary liaison for international customers, this role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages export documentation and logistics activities, and proactively resolves operational challenges to ensure timely and compliant shipments.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Export Operations and Customer Service.Strong knowledge of export processes, logistics, and Incoterms.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar.Experience within the pharmaceutical, vaccine, or healthcare industry is highly preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
